Our Farmstay Apartment is a 60m2 two bedroom dwelling set well off the road with private parking. It has a generous living area, wood burning fireplace, air conditioning, a fully functional kitchen with the essentials for cooking and baking. The apartment is double glazed and fully insulated. It is ideal for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) or for 3 - 4 adults.

Our Farmstay Pod Living is a total of 45m2 in 3 pods set well off the road with private parking. The pods provide a large queen bedroom, a small single bedroom, and a cozy living area. There is a fully functional kitchen with the essentials for cooking and baking. The pods have a heat pump/air conditioning unit and are double glazed and fully insulated. It is ideal for a young couple and small child/baby (2 adults, 1 child/baby)

Both are surrounded by farmland and nestled in the Papamoa Hills Recreational Park.

Farmstay Apartment

Set on our 17 acre lifestyle block farm, the Farmstay Apartment is the perfect family escape. With a lovely rural outlook and plenty of family outdoor activities. Your holiday can be as fun or low key as you’d like.

Venture out your front door for an energetic walk in the beautiful Papamoa Hills, which are right beside you! The walk is magical at sunset or sunrise and has a range of different walk options. Relax in a beanbag or read a book in the hammock. At night, once the kids are in bed, sit outside and enjoy the abundance of stars and listen for moreporks.

Our Farmstay Apartment is designed with family in mind. It is a 60m2 dwelling, set well off the road with private parking. With a queen bedroom and second bedroom with king single bunk set (with pull out trundler bed underneath), it is ideal for a family of 4-5 (2 adults, 3 children max) or for 3 - 4 adults. Everything has been designed with your comfort in mind, with the beds sporting new linen, super comfortable new mattresses & various pillow options.

The apartment is double glazed and fully insulated, with air conditioning to keep it cool in summer and a wood-burning fireplace and heat pump to keep it warm and cosy in winter. Retractable insect screens are fitted in each of the rooms so you can enjoy the fresh country air, day or night. There is a fully functional kitchen, with a new coffee machine, dishwasher, smeg oven/stove top, large fridge/freezer, microwave & the essentials for cooking and baking. Free-range eggs (when available), milk, tea, herbal teas, coffee & hot chocolate are provided, along with spices, sauces, and baking essentials.

In addition to a full-sized Smart TV with Netflix provided, there is a Bluetooth soundbar for playing music. Starlink internet is also provided. There is a covered outdoor patio area with a BBQ, outdoor dining table & chairs, plus bean bags and a hammock to lounge in and off street parking for 2 cars.

You will have your own outdoor area, but can visit the farm animals, rabbits, chickens etc, which are a in shared space with the ‘Pod Living’ accommodation.

The Farmstay apartment is on our 17 acre property where we live, so we are available, should you need anything. We are happy to meet with you once you are settled in, introduce you to the animals and explain what's available on the property and surrounds.

The apartment is attached but separated from our small warehouse/office, where our business is located. This is open normal business hours and only has 3 staff, it is very quiet and will have no impact at all upon your rural escape.

Pets are available to stay upon application, for an additional fee. The property is not dog fenced but a tether is available if needed. Dogs must be supervised on a lead when near any of the animals.

Farmstay Pod Living

Relax in this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled below the Papamoa Hills & only a 7 minute drive to the beach or cafes, our cosy pod accommodation is the break you’ve been looking for! With a peaceful farm outlook, beanbags and a big umbrella to relax under in summer, this is the place to escape it all!

A little like glamping, the 3 newly built pods/buildings make up your home away from home. With a total of 45m2 over the 3 pods it is set well off the road with private parking. The pods provide a queen bedroom, a small single bedroom, and a generous living area with a lovely country outlook. Adjacent to this is a fully functional kitchen pod and a bathroom pod. The Farmstay Pod Living units have been designed with a couple or couple plus a child/baby in mind.

The 3 pods are right next to each other but separate and are all linked together by a large patio and covered verandah. There is a heat pump in the main living pod for air conditioning or heating, a wall heating in the kitchen pod and heated towel rail in the bathroom. The pods are double glazed and fully insulated. In addition, there are retractable insect screens so you can enjoy the country air day or night.

The main living area is in the 30m2 pod & has a flatscreen smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, Starlink internet, plus heat-pump/air conditioning, washing machine, mini fridge, toaster, kettle & coffee plunger. The queen bedroom is off the lounge & separated from the smaller single bedroom by the living area/lounge. Everything has been designed with your comfort in mind, with the beds sporting new linen, super comfortable new mattresses & pillows.

Outside and a few steps away from the living area is a pod with shower, toilet and sink. Beside this is the kitchen pod. It has a full working kitchen with smeg oven and stove top, microwave, toaster, large fridge/freezer and dining table, along with all the essentials for cooking & baking. Free-range eggs (when available), milk, tea, herbal teas, coffee & hot chocolate are provided, along with spices, sauces, and baking basics. There is also a Weber BBQ.

There is a lovely covered outdoor patio area with outdoor dining table and bench seats, plus bean bags and large umbrella. Off street car parking for 2 cars is available beside the pods.

The 3 pods are entirely your own space. You will have your own outdoor area, but are able to visit the farm animals, chickens etc, which are a shared space with the apartment accommodation.

We are happy to meet with you once settled in, introduce you to the animals and explain what's available on the property and surrounds. Please remember to leave shoes outside.
